Fee Structure Review Feedback Survey open

As announced in our Customer Update on 23 March 2026, Murray Irrigation has undertaken a fee structure review to resolve the challenges associated with inequitable and fixed costs associated with Delivery Entitlements (DEs).
 
After hosting nine in person meetings and three webinars over the past two weeks, the company is now encouraging customers to complete a short survey to indicate your level of support for this new fee structure. 
 
If approved, the proposed fee structure will be implemented on 1 July 2026.

Customers are also welcome to complete the survey over the phone with a member of our Customer Experience Team. You can do this by calling 1300 138 265.
 
The survey opened at 10.00am this morning and will be closing at 5.00pm on Friday 17 April 2026. 
 
Following the closure of this survey, the results will be collated and provided to the Board on 30 April 2026. The Board will use this feedback to make an informed and final decision on whether to proceed with the proposed change or to maintain the current fee structure. The company will communicate the Board's decision with customers as soon as practicable after this meeting.
