WaterWell product announcement - Sustainability Product EOI now complete

Expressions of Interest (EOI) for Murray Irrigation's Sustainability Product are closed and the process is now complete.
 
Thank you to the 264 customers who participated.
 
We wish to advise that this EOI was oversubscribed, with the volume of water requested totalling 253,436 ML. The total amount available was 80,000ML. 

As in previous seasons where the EOI has been oversubscribed, the volume offered to each customer has been a percentage of the Permanent Delivery Entitlements (DEs) they hold. 
 
Participating customers have received their pro rata offers based on the following calculation:
 

80,000 ML divided by the total number of DEs in the EOI = ML offered per DE (up to the maximum ML requested).

The ratio used for the pro rata offers is a maximum of 0.193 ML per DE. This ratio is based on the total number of DEs in the pool at the time the EOI closed at 5.00pm on Wednesday 13 August. 

The Sustainability Product is a part of Murray Irrigation's suite of WaterWell products, which aim to increase the volume of water used within the region and return water back to customers for productive use. 

These products are distributed in line with Murray Irrigation's annual Resource Management Strategy Distribution.
