Operational Update
Quarter 1 invoices released
As communicated last Friday, Quarter 1 invoices have now been distributed to customers from our new Workday finance system.
As also advised in Friday's email, the due dates for these invoices have been extended to reflect the delay in distribution.
Murray Irrigation appreciates that timely and accurate invoicing is important to our customers, and we apologise for any inconvenience these teething issues with our new system may have caused.
Please note that these invoices have been sent from a different email address to what customers would usually receive them from, as follows: murrayirrigation@workday.com
The BPAY reference numbers on these invoices have also been updated to closely align to customer account numbers. We ask you to please ensure you check that your BPAY number matches your invoice prior to processing any payments to the Company, and update any saved payee details with your online banking provider.
We thank customers again for your patience and support as we continue to implement this significant system upgrade.
If customers have any questions, please contact the Customer Experience Team on 1300 138 265 or customersupport@murrayirrigation.com.au
