Operational Update

Ordering water in Mode 2 Dry channel operations

Mode 2 Dry operations for the channel network this year requires a 4-day notice period for water orders, as outlined in the Season Operating Plan

Subsequently, the online water ordering system will only offer order starts for 96 hours (4 days) in advance.

If you want delivery earlier than 4 days, please add a message in the water ordering system with your preferred order start time and date eg. 24/9/2025 AM. See the circled area in the water ordering system image below.

Customers will be contacted only if the order cannot be delivered when requested.

If after placing your order you are unsure of your order start date and time, you can confirm details via the
Customer Portal.

Stock and domestic supply customers should call Customer Experience to request temporary intervention where there is an inadequate supply height.

More details on how to send messages about orders are in our
Water Ordering Guide

If you require any assistance, please contact Customer Experience on 1300 138 265.
