Customer Portal development - User feedback summary
In August, Murray Irrigation conducted a customer engagement initiative to gather insights into your experiences using the company’s Customer Portal, as well as identify opportunities for improvement.
This work is being undertaken as part of the company's ICT Transformation Project named 'Project Streamline’.
The feedback collected from customers has been carefully reviewed and analysed, resulting in the development of key themes that reflect user needs and expectations.
For more information on the key themes and items that have been added to the project scope, you can read the full article below.
We would like to thank all customers who took the time to share their thoughts and experiences about the customer portal with us. Your feedback is invaluable and plays a vital role in shaping the new customer portal.

Grain Harvesting Guide
A timely reminder for all landholders and machinery operators to stay informed about fire safety, as we head into harvest season.
Fires during harvesting can cause serious damage, not just to crops and equipment, but to entire communities.
In recent seasons, emergency services have responded to multiple fires involving farming machinery. These incidents often result in significant financial losses and disruption to farming operations.
The NSW Rural Fire Service (RFS) has the following practical tools to help:
- Grain Harvesting Guide – a resource to support safe harvesting decisions.
- Harvest Safety Alerts – issued locally when weather conditions increase fire risk.
Visit the NSW RFS website below for more information about staying fire safe this harvest.
