WaterWell Announcement

There has been a strong Expression of Interest (EOI) toward the company’s Sustainability Product announced 20 July 2023. We thank customers who participated in the EOI and are pleased to announce:

1. Sustainability Product

All customers who submitted an EOI have been offered the full volume of water requested. Further information will be shared with those who participated in the EOI later this week.

2. Water Users Credit

Due to the positive response to the company’s Sustainability Product EOI, Murray Irrigation will deliver a five percent water users credit to customers. This credit will be applied to every megalitre delivered on farm through a compliant outlet.
 
As customers know, the company’s suite of WaterWell products aim to increase the volume of water used within the region and return water back to customers for productive use. Since inception in 2018, the company committed to provide up to 100GL of productive water to the footprint. This target has been consistently achieved with an average in excess of 150GL offered to Murray Irrigation customers over this period. Further WaterWell updates will be released throughout the season.
