Chair Update - Conclusion of Independent Director tenure

Murray Irrigation Limited (Company) Independent Director Trisha Gorman is coming to the conclusion of her second tenure as Director on the Company Board.

After careful consideration, Trisha has made the decision not to seek re-election for a third term. 

In light of this, the Company is seeking applications for up to two Independent Directors. Applicants will go through a rigorous interview process, prior to being appointed by the Board and ratified by Shareholders at the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM). 

Trisha has thoroughly enjoyed her time on the Board over the past five years, and is incredibly proud of what has been achieved in that timeframe.

On behalf of the entire Board, we thank Trisha for her valuable contribution to the Company over the past five years and wish her well for her future endeavours. 

Trisha will remain an Independent Director on the Company Board until the conclusion of the 2026 AGM.
