Layout changes to Q1 invoices
Several months ago, the Board requested management to separate Government pass-through charges out from MIL charges on quarterly billing invoices to increase transparency and clearly articulate the breakdown of charges.
We are pleased to advise that this new invoice layout will be rolled out to customers effective Q1 billing 2025/26.
If customers have any questions relating to this change, please contact the Customer Experience Team on 1300 138 265.
