Business News

Director nominations window now closed

The window for nominations to fill at least two director vacancies on Murray Irrigation's Board of Directors has officially closed.

We have received a pleasing response to the company's call for applications for both member and non-member directors, which closed at 9.00am yesterday (Monday 29 April).

The independent selection committee will now commence the process of reviewing all candidates, ahead of providing a shortlist to the Board for approval.

We look forward to keeping shareholders updated on the progress of this selection process.

Community Sponsorship Program

The Berriquin Community Toy Library has used funds received through Murray Irrigation's 2023 grants program to reopen its doors after a seven year break.

Murray Irrigation is proud to assist projects like this within our community each year thanks to the company's customers, whose support makes this annual sponsorship program possible.

You can read more about this successful community project in the media release below.

In the meantime, applications for our 2024 program open next Monday 6 May. Visit our
sponsorships page for more information.
