Murray Irrigation General Meeting 

I write to provide an update on the motion to remove the independent Directors and proposed General Meeting communicated to shareholders on 18 January 2024. 

Since the motion was put forward, the Board has unanimously agreed to undertake an alternative dispute resolution process to address matters of concern and avoid a costly out-of-cycle General Meeting. 

This process will be led by Allan Parker OAM and will aim to resolve issues raised by Directors. It will also help develop an understanding from which the Board can effectively operate into the future. 

We will share the outcome of this process with shareholders later in February.
