Update to Company policies and WEX terms and conditions

As mentioned in the Chair Update on Tuesday 30 June 2026, Murray Irrigation (Company) has reviewed and updated a number of new and existing Company documents.

These documents are listed below.

  • Transfer rules policy – this is an updated policy required for the implementation of the new fee structure, particularly relating to the Delivery Entitlements (DE) moratorium.
  • Privacy policy – this has been reviewed and updated in line with the Company’s regular policy reviews.
  • Operating licence policy – this has been prepared to satisfy the new conditions on Murray Irrigation's operating licence, and to include details of the Energy and Water Ombudsman NSW (EWON).
  • Water Exchange (WEX) Terms and Conditions – these have been updated to reflect the live water trading environment.

These documents have been uploaded onto the Company’s website here and here, can also be accessed via the links above.

Further to this, the Company would like to remind customers that EWON’s jurisdiction has expanded to provide free, fair and independent dispute resolution for water supply issues relating to Irrigation Corporations from today, 1 July 2026.

From this time, any customer will be able to make a complaint using EWON’s
online complaint form or via their free call number, 1800 246 545.

Further information on how EWON can assist customers can be found on their Irrigation Corporation website
