Forward Allocation Product – Update

Following on from the launch of our Forward Allocation Product on Monday 19 January, we have received some constructive and valuable feedback through Murray Irrigation’s front line, as well as via our partners Ruralco Water.
 
This feedback centered around 20 parcels not being enough to meet market demand and that the minimum parcel size of 250ML was too large.
 
We have listened to this feedback and have made the decision to apply the following changes:

• Increase the number of parcels available from 20 to 60
• Lower the minimum parcel size from 250ML to 50ML, with a maximum parcel size of 2,000ML

These changes are currently being implemented and will be visible on the Ruralco Water online trading platform early next week.
 
The volume of water on offer remains unchanged at 20GL.
