Company Update - DE Review

As discussed during the 2025 shareholder engagement meetings, Murray Irrigation Limited (Murray Irrigation) is conducting a major review into the company’s delivery entitlement (DE) structure. 
 
This significant review is ongoing and no decision has been made by Murray Irrigation.
 
As a courtesy, while this review remains ongoing the company would like to caution customers to take this into account if they are considering entering into potential commercial arrangements involving permanent DEs.
 
In line with Murray Irrigation’s ongoing commitment to transparency and stability, Murray Irrigation plans to commence engagement on this review in the coming months.
