Murray Irrigation Board meeting – 25 June 2026
Murray Irrigation Limited (Company) held a Board meeting on Thursday 25 June 2026. This Board meeting was primarily administrative, with focus placed on the 2026 AGM and required Company policy updates.
2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM)
The Board discussed the upcoming 2026 AGM which has been confirmed for Thursday 19 November from 10.00am. This will again be hosted as a hybrid meeting. Further information including the Company’s Annual Report, Notice of Meeting and how shareholders can participate will be released closer to the time.
Company policy updates
During the Board meeting, the Board reviewed and approved a number of revised and new Company policies including:Transfer rules policy
- Privacy policy
- Operating licence policy
These policies will be published on the Company website from 1 July 2026.
Director lunch
On conclusion of the Board meeting, Directors hosted shareholders and staff at our Finley office for a casual lunch.
As previously communicated, a second Director lunch will be held at Wakool following the August Board meeting on 27 August from 1.00pm. Further details on this lunch will be provided in Talking Water closer to the date.
