All customers would have received a letter in the mail advising Murray Irrigation has changed our banking partner to ANZ. This includes both Operational and Water Exchange (WEX) bank accounts.
December Quarter invoices are due at the end of February. If you haven’t already paid, please remember to process your account payment/s to the new ANZ bank accounts.
Please note, if you pay via BPAY, the Biller codes will not be changing, and you will not have to take any action.

Q2 (December) Invoices are due
Payment for the December quarter (Q2) invoice is due on or before 29 February 2024.
Account statements are sent monthly and reflect activity on your account.

What is a payment arrangement?
A payment arrangement is a formal agreement between a customer and Murray Irrigation. It sets out instalment payments and the timeframe for the outstanding amount to be paid, allowing for interest and future invoice charges.

For emergencies and water delivery issues after 6.30pm, please contact our emergency number on 1300 657 313.
Order cut off time reminder – To ensure your order is activated within the next 12-hour period, please ensure you place your order starts, changes or finishes before 6:30am or 6:30pm.

A reminder that submissions to the Natural Resources Commission review of the NSW Murray and Lower Daring Regulated Rivers Water Sharing Plan (WSP) close at 5:00pm on Sunday, 25 February 2024.
The Commission is specifically interested in your comments about the environmental, social, economic, and cultural outcomes of the plan, and where changes to the plan may improve these outcomes.
