Murray Irrigation Annual General Meeting

As you know, Murray Irrigation’s 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM), originally scheduled to be held on Thursday 24 November 2022, was rescheduled due to flooding.

The rescheduled AGM will be held at the Deniliquin RSL Club, 72 End Street, Deniliquin NSW 2710 on Friday 24 February 2023 at 10.30am. Registrations will commence at 10.00am.

To be eligible to vote, a shareholder must have paid all fees presently due and payable to the Company by 10.30am Tuesday 21 February 2023 (that is, at least 72 hours before the meeting). Shareholders who have a formal payment arrangement in place and are meeting the terms of their arrangement as at 10.30am Tuesday 21 February 2023 are also eligible to vote.

If you are unable to attend the meeting in person you may appoint a proxy to attend the meeting and vote on your behalf. You can appoint a proxy before the meeting by completing and submitting the proxy form available on the Company’s website mentioned above.

Completed proxy forms for the rescheduled AGM must be received by Murray Irrigation no later than 10.30am on Wednesday 22 February 2023. You can return your proxy form in person at our Deniliquin office, by email to companysecretary@murrayirrigation.com.au, by fax to 03 5898 3301 or by post to Murray Irrigation Limited, PO Box 528, Deniliquin NSW 2710. If you choose to submit your proxy form via post, please post well ahead of time to ensure it is received by 10.30am Wednesday 22 February.

Proxy forms previously submitted will remain valid for the rescheduled meeting. Shareholders can also withdraw previous proxy forms and resubmit new proxy forms if they choose.
