High demand and potential restrictions

Demand for water delivery is expected to increase over the next few weeks.

The below DO’s and DONT’S will help to minimise interruption to your water orders. In high demand areas:

DO
✅ Expect all new orders and order increases to be subject to a maximum 4 day wait.
✅ Place orders as early as possible
and consider filling on-farm storage to supplement if flows are restricted.
✅ Expect
that your flow will be determined by the flow shares on your landholding.

✅ Place a unsatisfied order if you are not happy with the future date the water ordering system offers you.
✅ Understand that by placing your unsatisfied orde
r you will be in the queue for a 4-day start, at a restricted flow rate, or earlier if capacity becomes available.

DON’T
❌ Delay in updating any order changes
for extensions or increases.
❌ Hesitate in contacting us
if you need help with any of the above.

How do I lodge an unsatisfied order?

You will receive the below message when you enter your order - Select Reject to lodge an unsatisfied order.

You will then receive the below message - select Continue

This will place your order as an unsatisfied request and put you in the queue to receive your order as soon as capacity is available, or at a restricted flow in 4 days.

More details are in our Ordering Guide.

Feedback invited on drainage response

An independent reviewer will undertake a review of our performance during the extended flooding, storm, and drainage event.

The review will catalogue the issues, successes, and failures, and consider potential improvements at all levels of the company.

Your feedback is critical, so to have your comments included, please email customersupport@murrayirrigation.com.au using the subject line Drainage Feedback.
