Shareholder Update - 24 April 2024

Director Nominations deadline extended to 9.00am Monday 29 April 2024

Murray Irrigation is pleased to inform shareholders that the Director nomination period has been extended by a further two days, from this Friday to 9.00am Monday 29 April 2024.
 
This comes in response to a recommendation made by the independent selection committee this week to apply further rigour to the recruitment process, to ensure the committee has all the information required to make an informed recommendation to the Board.
 
The additional time will enable nominees to cater for these new requirements.
 
Nominations will be reviewed by the Independent Selection Committee on 29 April, with virtual video interviews commencing with the Independent Selection Committee from 30 April and completed by 3 May 2024.
 
Written nominations, including a CV and cover letter, must be lodged with Murray Irrigation’s Returning Officer either in person, via post or email by 9.00am on 29 April 2024.
 
Nominations received after this deadline will not be considered.
