Our aim

We’re committed to developing, implementing, maintaining, and constantly improving strategies and processes to ensure all activities take place at the highest level of safety performance.

Our safety management

A new safety management system has been developed and implemented across the company. Phase two will introduce an interactive safety portal as a tool to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and accountability to meet our individual, team, and company safety targets.


Our training

An annual training plan for the business has been established, ensuring our employees are safe, knowledgeable and compliant at all times. Safety leadership development is a goal we are also working towards to compliment our system and build a strong leadership culture.

Our safety culture

While we continue to develop and embed a strong safety culture in all of our activities. We are also concentrating on building our safety leadership capacity to more effectively influence and motivate others to adopt health and safety as an important work goal.

Health and wellbeing

To support our employees in their overall physical, mental and emotional wellbeing we have introduced a health and wellbeing program coupled with our internal frameworks, supporting our value; wellbeing and safety.
