Murray Irrigation’s 2021 Member Director Election.
Murray Irrigation is seeking nominations to fill two member Director vacancies on its Board of Directors.
This page contains the nomination form and information designed to give an overview of the challenging, demanding and rewarding duties associated with being a Murray Irrigation Director along with the limitations and constraints of such a directorship. Information is also provided relating to the company and its operations.
Eligible nominees must be either shareholders of Murray Irrigation or an authorised representative of a company which is a shareholder of Murray Irrigation.
If more than two nominations are received an election process will be conducted electronically. Appointments will be for a four-year term from the conclusion of the 2021 Annual General Meeting.
If you would like to submit a nomination for a Member Director position it is critical to note that the due date for the receipt of your nomination form by the Company’s Returning Officer is 5.00pm Monday 2 August 2021 after which time nominations will not be considered.
In addition, please note that all charges due and payable must be paid by Monday 2 August 2021 for nominations to be accepted.
