By lodging an application for the Water Exchange, you accept the terms and conditions of the Exchange (see Rules)

External transfer forms are provided with State Water Allocation Assignment form attached, and must be submitted to MIL withÂ payment for theÂ MIL transfer fee and State Water fees.Â Alternatively MIL transfer fees may be submitted and credit card details provided on the State Water form for direct payment.
