By lodging an application for the Water Exchange, you accept the terms and conditions of the Exchange (see Rules)
External transfer forms are provided with State Water Allocation Assignment form attached, and must be submitted to MIL with payment for the MIL transfer fee and State Water fees. Alternatively MIL transfer fees may be submitted and credit card details provided on the State Water form for direct payment.
Forms may be submitted by fax - forms 6A and 6B to your planner; all other forms to 03 5898 3325.
